Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Oregon. Across Oregon, 55 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 161 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Mission Electric team did an amazing job, seamlessly wired everything. My EV charger in the spot that I wanted. They are amazing people to be around and they did an incredibly profesional job that I am happy about. Having my own charger at home making my life easier. I live in a 3rd floor apartment and they were able to wired it all in a very efficient pathway down to the parking lot at the charging spot i wanted. Very reasonable price for the distance. Great experience. Thank you.

I found this company through the Tesla website. I wish we knew of them sooner! We worked closely with Zack for our EV Charger Install. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s rare to find a trustworthy company, but this is one of the rare ones! We received fast, smooth, and affordable service. Thank you.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“I'm Zack, a master electrician with over 20 years of experience in the electrical…”

  • Bonded

“the homes and the codes. ✓ Licensed, Bonded & Insured — CT Lic.”

Its website also mentions family owned, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Springfield is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
