Making the switch to an off-grid lifestyle can be intimidating. Investing in the expensive equipment to do so can be overwhelming. Samantha made the entire process so much easier (and exciting) for me. I visited her store a couple times before making any purchases, and each time, she went the extra mile to educate me on the products I was interested in and help me understand how all of it worked. She gave me the tools to make an informed decision and wise purchases. She's incredibly knowledgeable on all things off-grid, and is an excellent teacher. I am so beyond grateful to have her (and her

These folks have a great selection of solar, propane, and 12-volt products, as well as many other items. If you are looking for individual components to build your solar setup, they have them. Are you looking for a gas-powered tankless hot water heater? They have them. A Berkey water filter or replacement parts? They've got you covered. Sam and Jeff are awesome. We're extremely lucky to have a store like this in our area.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
