Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 463 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I took down my previous review of this company becuase the owner kept asking me to take it down. He apologized several times but still was unable to provide a reasonable solution or resolution, so I went to another company for my solar needs.

Terrible quaility if you want a job well done don’t use them . My roof is still leaking and they refuse to repair the problem they created, and the owner Travis doesn’t pay his employees so I had no choice but to leave this review .

I had 3 options for solar that I thoroughly vetted and went VERY far down the road with. Sun Run being one of them. In the end, the choice was clear, Travis of Neotric Power made the difference for me. He was always available to help answer any questions or gather any more information I requested. At the end of the day, although price is the key component, It’s the trustworthy of the human that is supporting you and will support you down the road that is the difference move Travis is that guy. I highly recommend him.

Extremely professional company. Solar has been on our list to do for many years but everyone we worked with at some point dropped the ball. Not this time, everything was smooth and on point. The sales process did not feel stressful at all and we are very happy with the install. The system is now on and our first bill from the utility was $2.41

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
