    Update: this company still has not hooked up my solar panels. They brought a child on to the roof. When I requested to be present the next time they come by to make sure this doesnt happen again they tried to say they would charge more. They are working with banks to scam people. They ghosted me for close to a year after that. Do not use this company. Update: Added photos of Nerd Powers idea of fixing the roof. Update: nerd power came out and didnt fix the house the way I asked so now it is leaking again. It is difficult to get ahold of the owner. This is a real nightmare. When the roof caved

    Nerd has terrible customer service, they never answer the phone, keep you on hold and when you leave a message no one returns your calls.

    Horrible. Nerd solicited, my elderly grandmother saying they were contracted with her insurance. She misunderstood thinking the insurance sent them to us. They got her to sign a contract agreeing to pay $8000 for some high tech roof that would withstand all the wind. We went months without hearing anything more and tried to contact them numerous times. I finally had to call our insurance and they reached out and threatened to sue Nerd. Nerd finally put us on the schedule and installed her roof and then began hitting her up for payment. Come to find out the insurance ended up paying $16,000, th
