Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Las Vegas. Across Nevada, 31 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 79 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in Las Vegas whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Nevada Solar Group is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My contract was signed in Novemeber and I'm still waiting for my solar to be turned on. At first I didn't have a problem with the company or the pricing, it seemed fair in the marketplace. But they have no communication with each other. One person contacts me and promises the inspection will be done in December so I can get my solar credit, then they ghost me until February. I offered a down payment expecting my solar credit for this year but the delays mean I won't get it until next year. They have no empathy or care that it has put extreme financial hardship on me and have offered no solutio

Company was not very easy to work with, whole process was a hassle, and after talking with some of the workers they seemed upset with the company which to me shows that the problems go even deeper than just the customer level.

We started this project with Nevada Solar Group and our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. She explained the difference in panels, micro inverters, energy costs and recommended the best buy back providers. Due to circumstances we had our system installed later and there she was walking us through the process and flipping the switch. We had many of their newest panels installed generating good power. Cannot speak of the system yet as it has been raining, but it looks good and no leaks so far, thanks to the installer and his crew.

Great and fast service. The technician was so polite and helpful in restoring my homes ac and took the time to answer all my questions about our hvac system. Thanks.

The technician was really thorough and even involved my son to walk through everything. Him doing that just shows transparency to their work. He brought in advanced equipment for diagnostic that i never saw from others who came and inspected our equipment.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“value with a solar system upgrade. Warranty We offer the ultimate lifespan…”

  • 24/7 availability

“staff is available for its clients 24/7. It is our pleasure to satisfy any of…”

  • Licensed

“Powerwall Our company is a licensed Powerwall installer that complies…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
