Its one and two star share is 32 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 106 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

North Bay Solar Services is a locally owned small business that offers (and expertly delivers) what owner Jason Cotter calls “concierge service”. It is this singular point of contact that we relied on a number of times during the process. We are VERY pleased with the product and the support during the entire life of our project. It was an incredible experience with wonderful and authentic human interaction. His business model is very unique. I understand why he touts concierge service. His only partner/installer owns Aragon Electric (A father and sons operation) out of Willits. Call Jason and

From start to finish Jason was always available to help. First he provided and explained all the information we needed to understand solar. With his help we received financing through Sonoma County Energy Independence Program. Jason designed a solar project specific to our needs. He also recommended a great Electrician that had the lowest bid. North Bay Solar took care of the necessary building permits and ensured all hardware was ready before installation. Jason was great at communicating with me at each step of the process. At our house he supervised delivery, installation and final permit i

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Guerneville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
