Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Oregon. Across Oregon, 55 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I highly recommend Owen with NW Solar Clean. He recently cleaned all 45 solar panels on our barn and did an excellent job. He arrived a few minutes early, was very professional, organized and efficient, and came completely prepared with newer equipment and his own water solution. He thoroughly washed the panels three times and took real pride in doing the job right. Owen is a very polite, hard working young man who is building his business the right way - by providing excellent service and taking care of his customers. I was impressed enough that I’ve already scheduled him to come back and cle

Owen with NW Solar Clean has done many cleanings for us. The quote comes in right away, with a date of service! He shows up on time, does an amazing job and sends before after photos. Highly recommend this company for any solar panel cleaning. We have tried other companies, and no one compares!!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Tualatin is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
