The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around June 2026

Firebear saved my bacon delivering a new EG4 Chargeverter the same day after my batteries were depleted by a couple of days of cloud cover. I have also leaned on him for phone support for unrelated installation questions and he was very accommodating.

Super stress free experience. Very knowledgeable on different solutions to reach my energy goals. Been completely “Off Grid” since the first day of my solar system being operational. Was the easiest transaction and process. If you are looking at solar, I highly recommend using Off Grid Essentials.

Had a fantastic experience working with Firebear! I had been speaking with them off and on throughout the year and finally decided to pull the trigger last minute to capture the expiring tax credits. Nick really came through to complete my install for 2025 and has continued to follow up with excellent support with optimization of the battery backup to give us an off grid experience deep in the heart of Fresno!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
