    Like many others, we wanted to take advantage of federal and state incentives that Trump ended before the end of 2025. Our experience with Paradise was mixed. Our first contact was excellent: personable, knowledgeable, and very responsive to texts and calls. Our first project manager retired suddenly after a short time, and communication after that suffered greatly. The team that actually installed the system was excellent and worked through very difficult circumstances. But the communication with the new manager was poor.     From our initial inquiry to our own ‘flipping the switch’ Paradise Energy Solutions the Company and each integral dedicated member of The Team was beyond a doubt the definition and practice of professionalism- integrity and commitment to their reputation and product. This was a seamless and stress free respectful experience for us our home and property . Thank you Bonnie-beginning our project-Bill Sweeney guiding us through and Robert Pecor putting all the parts together and making it happen- and Troy and crews on site thoughtful work.     From my very first contact with Paradise I was impressed. I had contacted 2 other installers prior to Paradise and they didn't seem all that interested in my business. Absolutely no follow up from them and certainly no site visit. When I contacted Paradise (prompted mainly by their very informative videos on Youtube) I received an almost immediate response from their sales rep Bill Sweeney asking if he could come to my house for a meeting. I knew I was going to do solar because I had just finished a geothermal heat pump install so selling me on solar was not necessary. All I needed was to find

    One year and I haven't (on net) paid National Grid for a kWh yet! In fact I'm about 15% over the production estimate, so I'm very happy with that. And most importantly my wife likes the sleek black look. Happy wife, happy life!
