Its one and two star share is 12 points below the typical installer in the Cave Creek area. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Knowledgeable courteous professionals that enjoy their work and care about their customers. Quality of service was excellent and we highly recommend you visit them for your own personal energy needs.

We were in the market for getting solar put in since the electric rates keeps increasing. I expect that this will continue in the near future. So we wanted to jump into getting solar for our home. We had a solar water heater decades ago and we really enjoyed the savings. Spoke to customer service and they answered many questions that I had. I spoke to them a few times and they never pressured me. I am very excited in taking advantage of our AZ sun. Love their knowledge of solar. Looking forward to getting solar installed at our home.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“incentives, rebates, and low-interest financing options that make switching to residential…”

  • 24/7 availability

“battery storage installation for 24/7 power and utility independence.”

  • Years in business

“with precision and expertise. With over 15 years of experience serving the Arizona…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
