    As others have said, I don't know how Perch/Arcadia is still in business! Their billing and customer service is a mess!! Bills are irregular, delayed, charges have come 3 months lumped together. A few weeks ago, I submitted an inquiry (with documented proof) regarding an overcharge and all they keep telling me is that it's under "investigation" by their so-called team of "experts." My follow up inquiries are now being ignored. I should have trusted my suspicious gut 2 years ago when their door-to-door sales rep said they only accept one method of payment: access to my credit card so they can a

    DO NOT listen to a sales rep if they come knocking! A complete and total scam. Savings? Bullshit! I ended up paying almost $500 after having nearly $250 pulled from my bank by these guys! I’m thankful I caught it with the first months withdrawal. They don’t respond to emails, don’t return phone calls. What a scam!

    With all the complaints, I don't understand why this company is still in business. When I signed up with Arcadia (now Perch) I was told there was no subscription fee. I was also told I could cancel at any time. On my Com Ed Bill there is a monthly subscription fee and when I called to cancel, they said it would take 90 days to see the cancellation. I am sorry I wasn't given honest information in the first place. Either their sales people are not trained well or more likely asked to lie. Buyer beware of this company. I guess it was too good to be true.

    It's great to save a little on my electric bills, which are high with my all electric home, but I don't have any way to understand why they take back 80% of the savings. It would seem to make more sense if they took back 20%. This appears to be a money-making operation for someone well beyond the cost expense of the solar farm operation.

    Highly recommend using Perch Community Solar. The 10% saving is nice but, my major motivation was to reduce my carbon footprint. Mission accomplished. Gary and Kris Cowles

    Any minus sign on my electric always makes me happy and since the solar field is already there . I figure it doesn't cost anything. Join. Two birds one stone.
