Phase Out Electric

Every company we hold in Connecticut whose Google breakdown has been read, grouped by their share of one and two star reviews. Phase Out Electric is in the highlighted group.

Can’t say enough positive things about Phase Out Electric. After searching for years for a company that could straighten out my solar meter issues, they came, diagnosed, and fixed without any hassle. Great customer response, fair priced and thorough. Would hire them again in a minute. Thank you, Phase Out Electric!

I use this company to track my solar output. Their website is fantastic and easy to use. I recently had a log in issue and I sent them a message regarding it and they connected me within the hour. They are great to work with.

Adam and his entire team have been a pleasure working with over the past year and a half! I highly recommend them for any solar related installations or repairs!

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Licensed

“solar electrical service, our fully licensed electricians (ELC.0195228-E1) can…”

Its website also mentions years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under electrical and roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau, HomeAdvisor and Angi. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
