Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Highly Recommend Rancho Electric Rancho Electric came to us through a personal recommendation, and honestly, those word-of-mouth referrals have always turned out best—and this was no exception. They were a fantastic choice for our bathroom remodel. We live in Willows and needed to move an outlet away from a sink. We had a hard time finding anyone willing to come out, and the quotes we received felt very high for such a small job—the lowest was $800! Jill was great from the start—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The entire experience was not only professional, but genuinely friendly

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“and will therefore be able to honor warranty on their solar panels if there was…”

  • Years in business

“Tehama County, and Butte County for over 15 years. We specialize in residential,…”

Its website also mentions 24/7 availability and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Orland is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
