Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in North Carolina. Across North Carolina, 72 of the 130 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My name is Ron Thompson from Hendersonville, NC. I called the Generac for some maintenance support . They sent Mr. Nickolà las to service my system. Mr.Nickolas introduced himself and I told him the problems I had. Mr. Nicholas was professional by taking care of my problems in a timely manner. Also, Mr. Nickolas taught how to use the system and gave me his number it I had any questions. Yes I will call him back.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • 24/7 availability

“now and arrange same-day or emergency service to get your system back to peak…”

  • Years in business

“RenewaFix Solar Service Pros brings over 10 years of experience to homeowners and…”

  • Insured

“team you can trust. As a licensed and insured company that accepts all kinds of…”

  • Licensed

“a friendly team you can trust. As a licensed and insured company that accepts all…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Pineville is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
