  This is sad, I been a customer for years and I live out of town most of the year. I came to Reno for a few Weeks! And need to get a hold of Reno Solar for them to look at a few things. None of their phones works. I have called and called and texted and sent messages and nothing works. Sad after all that money I have put into this company and I cant even get a hold of them!

  NO customer service. Equipment fails randomly and they have no answer. Avoid them.

  Reno Solar installed my system, that's an entirely different review. Now, three years later my system needs maintenance. I've called the phone number, sent them FB messages and sent emails. Someone actually responded to my FB message and a repair crew came out to my house only to find out that G3 contracted Reno Solar to do my install and only G3 can log in and update my system. The installer and project manager said they would try to contact G3 to get my system moved to Reno Solar. It's been almost a week and crickets. I don't even know what to do at this point.   Reno Solar sold us on the solar panels. Their installation team was excellent, but follow up with having the electrical panel corrected has been terrible lack of communication.

  I had my system installed in 2021. My initial contact was with Reno Solar, but the installation itself was completed by G3 Solar. My experiences with Reno Solar have always been positive — their customer service has been responsive and professional. G3, unfortunately, has been a completely different story. Like others have mentioned, they appear to no longer be in business. Since they were the original installers, any warranty-related repairs were supposed to be handled by them. On Christmas Eve, after heavy rain, I discovered a roof leak. I reached out to G3 but received no response. I then c

  The salesman, Tom, the project manager, Bryan, the installation crew and electrician, Joe were all very informative and were ready to answer any and all questions. They are all very friendly people. The panels look great.

• It posts on YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
