  Have placed 2 orders, one for some open box mppts, they called and left an unclear voicemail a week after I placed the order, then they shipped a month later. Placed another order July 31st for 2 used items, called 2 weeks later to ask and they said they would check and make sure it shipped, called again a few days later and they apologized and said they had no stock. Terrible ordering experience, I hope the used items work, but I'm done ordering from this place, they can't even process and manage basic 2 line orders or manage their inventory.

  Not very helpful. Would not buy an inverter at this location - I came to buy a specific victron inverter-charger, but the man was not very knowledgeable and pricing was ridiculously overpriced compared to online stores.

  I ordered a B-Stock Victron MultiPlus-II inverter/charger along with several other Victron items. The inverter arrived severely damaged — one corner was bent badly enough that the cover would no longer fit properly, multiple plastic pieces were broken inside the box, and the entire inside of the unit was covered in a thick layer of dust or cardboard residue. The large outer shipping box was completely undamaged, making it obvious the damage happened before shipping at the warehouse, not during transit. I contacted the company immediately.   First time using this store,I was a walk in,but communication what my needs where with a phone call the day before. Was told they could accommodate me. with the items I wanted and they where on hand and available, it wouldn't be an issue with the cables I needed just to phone in the size and length the morning of,I did that. positive 11.5 feet red, the negitive 10feet black. New 300a fuse and holder and they explained what I was doing I would need at least a 9inch cable from the Batteries to fuse I agreed they made them which by the way took a little bit of time as well because they needed to

  The customer service at Inverters R Us is fantastic! I had a failed Victron component in my RV electrical system and between technical support and customer service I was able to get my issue resolved quickly.

  I started my project with AI, then I contacted Inverters R Us on the specs AI gave me to get a human perspective. The specs were good, but the helpful staff at Inverters R Us gave some advice to add another inline fuse. The shipping was fast, the set up was easy and I'm amazed at the amount of power this inexpensive change to my system created. The folk at Inverters R Us were helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. They even sent a follow up email.

  I interacted with Bryan and am very satisfied. I ordered the wrong item initially (50 lb) and he was able to cancel the order and stop the shipment while package was on the way. He helped me find the right item and called me few times to make sure that I am satisfied. I usually go with amazon.com and their service is exellent but working with Bryan remind me what old service personalized services used to be ....
