Its one and two star share is 13 points above the typical installer in Reno. Across Nevada, 12 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 44 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Drove from our of town to buy an inverter and was told i have to go online and have it shipped to an address that I don't have.

I bought a kit from the Inverter store four years ago. Four weeks ago I experienced flickering lights and my TV turning off. Through multiple test I determined that when the inverter fan turned due to internal heat there was a voltage drop from 144V to 39V AC. I sent a video to Andrew Frey the VP of the company. I talked to him on the phone and what it boiled down to was send it in for them to test and fix outside of their two year warranty, industry standard is five to ten years. The shipping I would pay both ways and parts alone made this financially impossible. I tried to get an idea as to

The Inverter Store sold me a non functional unit and wouldn't stand behind what they sell. Second time I've experienced problems with The Inverter Store. Inverters R US stand's behind the products they sell with great customer service.

Needed a little consideration on a $11k order, and they said too bad can't help. I am having to go the altE store or Wholesale solar instead. They really didn't seem to care. After owners response: I appreciate you as the vendor cannot influence the third party finance company. The solution I suggested was to buy the kit items separately so I could comply with the third party requirements, and use my ONE credit card. I asked if a coupon or something similar to offset the bundle discount. I was told to go to Facebook where a found a coupon that expired 4 days ago. Disappointed. I do appreciate

The Inverter was priced right. Mr. Cruz was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Wow, super cool experience. It’s easy enough fora DIYer like me to slap together components to store and use energy off-grid. It’s another thing to be sure you’re using the the best solution for your money. I needed to find the correct charge solution for the new solar panels and batteries on my boat. They took my call and a knowledgeable dude, I wish I recall his name took extensive notes of my system and made recommendations to me and into their system and then told me someone would look it all over to be sure it was the best solution and get back to me. That someone was Dylan and’s he calle

Timely Delivery My order showed up on the scheduled day. Everything was in working order and undamaged. It's encouraging to see a business that fulfills its commitments.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
