The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 39 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I thought Aims power was a liget company. I have two of their inverters. They are hard to get on the phone, will sell you parts at incredible high prices compared to what you can buy from other manufacturers. They will not give you schematics so you can repair your own inverter. They want you to ship it to them, which is expensive because of the weight.

This company refused to accept there inverter before the thirty days were up. I would highly advise everyone to stay clear of these scammers. Or get you a good lawyer. Go to Sungold. This company cost me over $10000. That real money. Please do not do business with these folks. Sincerely William from Nashville TN

Have bought and installed over 50 of there units with no issue. First time I have an issue with a brand new unit that goes into overload with no draw and they won’t even give me return info to send it back for them to check it out. Piss poor customer service.

I like the inverter but after needing some technical help I found them to be very weak in this area. Sending a email got no response. Calling on the phone got me nowhere. The inverter emits a very strong radio frequency interference. I finely Google it and found the problem common in other inverters. I guess tech services should be a link to Google.

There are times in the course of doing business when a negative can turn into a positive. After calling this company regarding this issue it was clear that they took this issue seriously. The COO, Laura, reached out to me directly and we had a pleasant conversation about this issue. It is refreshing to see a company that strives to address issues promptly and responsibly. We will be a customer of this company in the future. Laura gave me a clear and convincing insight into this company's culture and it is now obvious to me that the sales call that prompted my initial review was an outlier. I a

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
