Each mark is one company we hold in Reno whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Simple Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  This company is incompetent and left covers off inverters, didn't run loads to loads panel, never wired battery backup load panel, left open junction boxes with wires hanging out, left breakers out of the main. They are now refusing to finish the job by not running loads to the loads panel. I have to hire another company to finish their work on a PPA leased system. Simple Power abandoned us and left a mess to clean up at our expense. They sent 7 crews who never knew what the other crew didn't do and didn't care to bother to look. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR LOAD PANEL. IN

  We purchased a 10.125kW solar system that included 27 "High Snow Load Rated" panels and an inverter. 100% of the panels failed in the first year. The warranty for these "High Snow Load" panels has an exclusion if you do not shovel the panels. My panels are located 30" above grade with sharp angle pitches. We shoveled half of the panels and they all failed. They declined to cover any of the panels under their "warranty" and recommended I file an insurance claim! Mike decided not to disclose his customer's ~15% loss experience on panels in place during 2017 and am sure they will not disclose the

  I would leave negative 5 stars if I could! I am 89 years old white veteran living in America and I have never experienced such rudeness from this company. I am deeply flabbergasted and offended. I had a COPD exacerbation after conversing with these people, cost me a hospital stay and a fat bill that I absolutely have no money to pay for. I am going to write a letter to the authorities about this company. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are and they treated me so badly, i am a victim of this terrible company. Do not recommend.

  Simple Power installed our solar array in 2017 on our Downtown Truckee home and have provided exceptional service ever since. We would highly recommend!

  Simple Power provided excellent service. All the staff were friendly and professional. Krystal Gilman (director of service) was very communicative. Brian who did the installation of the micros was professional and timely and explained in detail what he had serviced. Callum was instrumental in helping set up the service and was more than helpful to facilitate the service of the micros. I would use them for service again and I highly recommend them.

  We live in Fernley and had a great experience with Simple Power repairing our existing solar and Powerwall system. Krystal went out of her way to accommodate our schedule, and Isaiah was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with while at our home. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. We will absolutely use Simple Power again and highly recommend them.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
