  Up until recently we were satisfied with the Blue Raven Solar installation. Unfortunately it did not pass inspection with the county and therefore we cannot move forward with NVENERGY. We are paying for the product but getting zero benefit. No one will call us back or respond to our emails. We are patiently waiting to hear from someone regarding the matter. The install was completed in November.

  Blue raven installation went very smoothly. The installers were very nice and professional. I look Forward to having my solar. Update- i have Had several issues with blue raven and there’s really no one to contact about these issues. I constantly get a low solar production notification, they promised to pay my first 15 months and in June the check from them bounced on their end and i have Yet to receive a new one 4 months later. We’re now in October and i am Having to pay my solar bill out of pocket again. They keep telling me they will let the accounting team know and then no updates. I wish

  Summary of Concerns: 1. Failure to update contact information despite repeated requests 2. Installation work contradicted initial representations about company standards (conduit on roof) 3.   The work seemed to have been done efficiently. However all 7 panels are in one row, all facing east. Perhaps I made a false assumption, expecting at least 2 or 3 to be facing west. As it is, only the morning sun will reach these panels, no afternoon. No one mentioned the positioning of the panels the morning of installation. I had assumed, based on early illustrations, that they would face both east and west. Of course, if the utility company would have permitted 10, as I’d requested, then the problem would have been solved, no doubt. I assume it was Blue Raven Solar’s prerogative to place the

  They did an excellent job with installation. I haven't had any issues and the app makes it easy to check the status of all my panels individually. $7K tax credit was amazing too. Electricity bill is virtually non existent.
