Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 494 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 552 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Terrible customer service and over priced service. They are happy to be timely with their responses and communication when trying to sell you. Once they get your money their response times go from a day to weeks. Given the many competitors in the Bay Area I’d recommend going with another company.

the use of AI for a poorly executed commercial is literally insane. use the budget to use real people and genuinely connect with the community instead of taking the disingenuous, greedy approach.

Telsa battery went bad and they replaced it no problem. But never told me tell right before installation would cost $400.00 for labor. Telsa covers the battery and installation, should have been covered. Would not use them again.

Power wall Quit Aug 15 - Oct 2 no eta or communication from Tesla about replacement eta. Quite disappointed 10/2 Semper had no updates about the timeline of delivery or repair. Forwarded me to Tesla After many hours on hold, much of the time spinning my wheels and getting a “we are closed” between the hours of 11am - 2pm PST, I finally spoke to someone and was told he had no access to inventory or my case. A ticket was opened with an assurance of a call or email 10 days later - nothing. 9/16 No one has contacted me. Reached out and left message. 9/3 Semper solaris warranty: I appreciated proac

Outstanding service that went above and beyond. Explained everything in detail and in terms my wife could understand and feel comfortable.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Veteran owned

“true energy independence. With our veteran-owned team, we bring precision, integrity,…”
  • Warranty

“Cool roof technology & 50 Year warranty HVAC Efficient heating & cooling…”
  • 24/7 availability

“bills Battery storage Power your home 24/7 Energy efficiency Reduce waste and…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
