    So I got Sunrun for my home install like three months ago. I just had it checked about a month and a half ago and told me everything was running perfect. I should not be getting a bill from PG&E because I have solar and I have Tesla batteries as well so the only bill I should be getting is from Sun Run, which is a set quote per month. I just got out $750 bill from PG&E because I’m using their power when I shouldn’t be using their power at all, but the solar panels are under performance. Now I’m paying almost double in electricity because I’m paying Sunrun and paying PG&E . I tried to file a cl

    Update 8 Months, still a fire hazard. Initially told I could use a different contractor. Now I was told I have to use Semper Solaris to replace the panel or lose my warranty. I have submitted payment. I have signed all the contracts. I have repeatedly emailed and called Raymond Torres with no answers for the last three weeks. Also, my neighbor saw the guy fall on the panel and break it. Update 7 Months, I said I would pay for the the repair in August. They sent someone out that could have repaired it and he didn’t bring the panel. It is still a fire hazard. Originally Review: Not sure why this

    Project has been a year long nightmare. Paying for solar and pg&e. Company has one excuse after another. They received full payment and put me in this permit game.

    These two gentlemen are very knowledgeable in what they do. Guadalupe and Juan. They were very professional, friendly and funny. Enjoyed the time while they were working here. Work was done on 06 July 2026 and 07 July 2026

    Josh is AMAZING! Called ahead of scheduled appointment and asked if I was available! WOW! Walked me through some troubleshooting steps. He followed UP and what do you know, problem RESOLVED. Josh is what customer service is supposed to be like. Thanks
