Its one and two star share is 12 points below the typical installer in Cave Creek. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Cave Creek whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Company of Phoenix is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Mike was very knowledgeable, honest and full of integrity. He arrived on time and was very informative in explaining the benefits of solar. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone seeking solar.

Hands down the right choice to go with for solar!!! They are professional, informative, and honest. They really care about the customer. The owner of the company is ethical and it really sets this company aside from the rest. If you are looking for a company that will be honest and has the customers needs in mind, then this is the company for you.

This company knew where I wanted to go and how to get me there. A+ BBB ratings on installer and they really came through for me.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“to save you even more money! 25 Year Warranty Enjoy peace of mind knowing that…”

  • Family owned

“to help... If you are looking for a family-owned business that will take care of you…”

  • Established

“company – and you can’t switch later. Since 2000 these utility companies have raised…”

  • Years in business

“team at Solar Company of Phoenix for over 10 years. I can say that they always treat…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cave Creek is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
