    I hired this company to remove a few panels, because I was having my roof replaced. Dave Jr. arrived on an early Sunday morning, which he offered. This was not an emergency job. He arrived alone, so I had to assist him with the ladder, which I did not have a problem with. He assured me that removing these panels would not adversely affect my remaining system. Well it did. Removing four panels knocked out 8 other panels. Dave did try and fix the problem, but was unable to. Because it was a Sunday he wanted to get home. He told me he would come back to try and rectify the problem. He texted me s

    Inverter stopped working after 5 years. They answered my call once and said they would get back to me. They are now, not responding. I had to contact another local Company to replace my Inverter (under warranty). Now I have to pay for the labor out of pocket (It would have been free with Solar Experts since they installed the system). Thanks you for being terrible people "Solar Expert". Extremely rare I take the time to complain about a company. But these Solar systems are not cheap. These bad company's pop up to take advantage and then do not want to follow through on service. They give all c

    After our inverter went for the second time now, 8 months later we haven't received an update on when the part will be in. This issue has cost us thousands of dollars in electricity cost IN ADDITION to us paying for the solar panels themselves. I will not recommend this company going forward, because of their lack of communication to keep their existing customers satisfied. Where are you now Dave?? - The Darts.

    Dave from Solar Experts really came through at a time when I needed a quick turnaround. He worked very hard in some of the hottest days to remove and reinstall my solar panels in order for my roof to get replaced. He was friendly and communicated every step of the process. I completely recommend his services.

    Dave did an incredible job taking down and recycling our old solar panels. He went above and beyond to educate me on the current system and setup as well as what I could do to upgrade. Not only was the pricing fair and transparent, but he got the job done ahead of schedule, keeping me updated throughout. I cannot recommend him enough and will absolutely be calling him again.
