  Jay was the worst person I could have ever worked with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Jay has been VERY rude and was a horrible “manager.” They don’t abide by the contracts they give out so if one breaks, you’re screwed. They won’t fix it.

  Solar ready solutions is failing to respond and take care of me as a customer. I've had to pay other people to fix the damages their electricians have caused and they won't reimburse for it. They have stopped communicating with me all together. I reached out a few times to see when I would be receiving my Illinois shines program check and still no response and no check has been received. Still waiting over a year for this to be resolved, not receiving any follow up.

  I run a solar company in Florida and we gave Solar Ready Solutions close to 50 clients to install, I do not have happy client they did a horrible job, took close to a year to install on some jobs had people paying for both their electric bills, and their solar bills because they took so long to hook up their systems. In all my years of doing business Carson the owner has proven to be the biggest con artist I've run across, not a word out his or their processor's mouth Randy can be trusted.   Jason (sales) and Doug (Project Manager) were very good to work with. The electricians and installers were also very good to work with. I have a lot of experience in sales and project management. There is a big difference between people who care and actually try to get things right and those who don't. Solar Ready Solutions is a company I can recommend. I shopped many different companies before purchasing SunPower panels from Solar Ready. I also took 5 months before I pulled the trigger. My solar install was on a metal, standing seam roof.   This company and our salesman are the best! I would recommend them without any reservation! I don't know how this experience could have been any better! After hearing horror stories about sketchy companies and long timeframes to get solar installed and functional, we were prepared to be disappointed. Our salesman was first class, informative and patient with us- we took several months to decide what we wanted.
