Solar Repair and Maintenance

Each mark is one company we hold in Reno whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Repair and Maintenance is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I just had their company come out (owner Chris and electrician Nick) and help me with a quote for a whole home battery back up. I’m really excited to work with these guys, they’re very straightforward, transparent and honest. It’s a night day difference from some of the other companies. I’ve talked to who are will not even consider working with you on installation of owner procured equipment. Every other solar company I’ve spoken to is based in another state and seems to try hard to maximize their cut. These guys seem much more trustable and I’m far more happy to give them my money. Hi everyone, if you have solar panels on your house, I suggest that you call this company right away because they’re getting very busy and their maintenance agreement, which is extremely affordable covers one cleaning a year, monitoring of the system to catch any problem before it becomes critical and you will receive a discounted rate for service if you need it in the future. I never realized after 15 years that it should be cleaned once a year and maintained, bad on me but that was something my husband Patrick took care of. Solar panels are a huge investment and so knowing that they are now

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
