    Update - despite Solar Edge replying to this review and saying email us, I still have to argue the same points over and over again for a REFUND. A big fat ZERO but unfortunately you can’t do that here. Zero customer service and help. I fell into a Kafkaesque rabbit hole just trying to transfer my monitoring system to the new owner of the home we sold. There is no customer service support. When you email them you rcv an email back in a foreign language (written in Arabic). Good grief!

    High failure rates, awful customer service, what's to like? Their products are overpriced and under-featured as well. If you are going solar, you would do well to stear clear of SolarEdge equipment. I went through 3 of their inverters in under 2 years and finally swapped it out for another brand with twice the features at half the price.

    Solar Edge has failed to send me a replacement backup interface. It has been over a month. They refuse to work with people who aren't installers. They never answered the phone for me, but they usually called me back at some point.

    I have been waiting since 4/10/2025 for a new inverter. Case number #5639464. I have been given several promising messages, that it will come or that it is on back order ect. No tracking number. My understanding that the processing center (oracle) has issues. I would like options of buying my inverter from a supplier and having SolarEdge install it . My current inverter serial number is SE 7600H USSNBBL1. Since I have an LG battery. Please assist. My electric bill is hurting our budget. When will your processing center notify me of a tracking number edit. The inverter came so I up graded the t
