The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 18 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

They are a company based in Hong Kong and don’t even make the products here. The solar panels do not work. they are a conniving company and manipulate you into getting a more “advanced” product with empty promises. I call to get someone to help me fix what’s going on because I have spent a thousand dollars and you would think that would at least get me a phone call or email back.

  • 1★ · around September 2025

completely unprofessional staff and customer service. when i call for help they are not able to answer my questions and often time don’t even answer the phone.

  • 1★ · around September 2024

Can’t put zero, they don’t deserve one but well, bad service they’re nice at the beginning but when you contact them asking for help with an issue, they just stop answering, don’t buy solar from this guys

really good service, my first bill after installing the panels was a pleasant surprise. The savings were immediate. The difference is incredible. Sun and Power does an excellent job. Congrats

They gave me a fair budget and delivered everything they promised. No surprises or additional charges. Honest and very professional people. Gustavo was the one who helped me.

  • 5★ · around November 2025

Very pleased with the work they did. They delivered on everything they promised, even ahead of schedule. It's clear they are responsible people who genuinely care about doing things right. It's a pleasure working with professionals like them.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Sierra Madre is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
