    I got got solar from this company and the sales guy promised that any questions or problems that I have he will answer them but once he we close the deal I have so many questions about the system and I just got call back and his not able to answer because his whit a costumer at the end no calls from the seller and end up calling costumer services losing 2 hours to fix the problem if you talk to Carlos Hernandez be sure he will provide what he is offering because after the sele he ignores costumer

    I’m sharing my experience with SunSolar/SSES because I think future customers should know what the process can look like and because the company asked me to leave them a Google review. Based on everything that happened, I would not use this company again. My installation began on March 30. The installation crew and Deon from the sales team were great — very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. In fact, Deon was the reason I went with this company. He got me the best deal I found after months of shopping around and comparing several companies. My concerns are not with him or the inst

    Hi Scott. I understand you own Sun Solar Solutions out of Bakersfield where we purchased our solar system. We were guided to finance at Valley Strong Credit Union. I understand I have an FTC holder rule recourse to start because your company is telling us that our inverters are not covered when they are less than three years old. I’ve contacted your representative Mr Angelo Gonos twice regarding a solution and have no response. We initially called with 3 solar panels not working and the day your employees left we had 4 more panels not working that were previously fine. I don’t know what they d

    The installation process has been a never-ending nightmare. Going to have to take them to court to recover the damages to my home. Almost every day I am spending more time and money as a result of the contractor they hired to do the MSP upgrade. If you live in a older home, I strongly recommend you find someone to do this yourself before the pre inspection.

    We were having issues with our Sun Solar system communicating with our app, so we were unable to track production or even know if we were producing. We had great support with Britany over the phone. She found us a tech appointment within a week's time that fit our schedule. Jonathan the tech was prompt and thorough. He had to access our home several times and come in and out to troubleshoot. He was here roughly an hour and was able to solve the problem. We now have a clear picture of our solar production and can access information on our app. Thank you to both Britanny and Jonathan who respond

    I investigated many solar companies and Sun Solar came out on top. They installed my system including 16 panels and a Tesla Battery. Andrew was my contact and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. All the employees were courteous and they kept to our timeline. I would highly reccomend Sun Solar for any of your Solar projects.
