Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Bakersfield. Across California, 735 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 445 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Very quick to answer questions before signing but no answer once contract is signed.

We are very upset with your service. After installing the panels, we realized that many roof tiles were broken, and they refuse to fix them. Do you know where we can go? They told us we could go to the office for any problems, but it's not open to customers. Apparently, the city is going to do an inspection; I don't know how that went.

Some pushy salesman showed up today and would not leave until I answered the door. He kept knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. My toddler was taking a nap. It was blatantly obvious I wasn’t interested and I repeatedly told him I was not interested in solar. He would not leave and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I finally told him to come back at a later date to speak to my husband. I believe the salemans name was Fernando or Francisco. Take NO for an answer. I don’t give a damn about you making your commission.

Great company and great crew. I had a very pleasant and stress-free experience throughout the whole process. Carlos, my design consultant, was awesome. He was very thorough and honest. It took six weeks from contract signing to install. They even got my system grandfathered in NEM 2.0 two weeks before the deadline. The install crew was also amazing. They stared at 8 AM and installed 24 panels and 24 inverters . By 3pm they were done, and the system was producing power. Again, wonderful company, and I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Excellent customer service, no pressure tactics, very knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with Jaime and he was great. Best solar company in Kern County by far.

Very happy with our service, we had it installed almost a year, the installation was quick and well done. My only complain is with our sales person John Smith, seem like he just wanted to close the sale and he disappeared, no follow up after panes/ equipment was installed to see if we had any questions or to let us know how to read or use our enlighten/ enojase app. I will highly recommend the company, will not recommend our sales person John Smith.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
