  EDIT: terrible service. Waited 8 months for them to fix my turf that wasn’t prepped properly! Constant texts and phone calls, but no one has came out regardless of the calls. Beware of getting turf through this company. Solar has been great just turf issues. Original: “Kenny is absolutely amazing! Been very helpful, and didn’t try to oversell me. He was very upfront and I truly felt like I was in good hands. He showed he cared about me and my family, and our payment. Kenny was a such a stand up guy I ended up getting solar and Turf from him!”

  Stay away from Fuzion. They are quick to close an agreement and make promises and then they vanish when problems arise. No follow up. No interest or urgency to make things right. Customer service is non-existent This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and nothing has been resolved. Go with someone else. Save yourself the problems.

  solar has NOT worked less time than it has in the past 6 years. My energy bill is almost $700/ a month on top of my monthly bill for the solar. They won't come out to ridgecrest or connect my solar to my internet. When you try to call for help its just circles.

  Let me just say I don’t write reviews, but after this experience I had to. The next time somebody knocks on your door and you think it’s just another sales person, before you tell them to leave, hear them out! You might be surprised! What impressed me most about Eric at Fusion Energy was that his customer service didn’t stop after everything was finished.
