The representative, who identified himself as the owner's son, exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that I found deeply humiliating.   On August 6, 2025, your company installed additional solar panels on my home along with a new breaker. At the end of the installation, my entire kitchen and dining area lost power. The technician worked late that evening attempting to restore it but was unsuccessful, stating they would return the next day. If I had known they would never return, I would have refused the installation. It has now been over a week with no power in these areas—areas that had never experienced electrical issues before this installation.
