    If I could give a zero I would. When they installed the solar panel they put a hole in the roof which has yet to be fixed since October of last year. The system doesn’t work and yet we are being harassed into paying a loan for a system that has yet to be operational. They do not return phones calls and respond to customer complaints. They said that I would get the money from my income tax for the amount of 16,000 to pay off the loan enough that it will not raise the monthly amount but that didn’t happen I only received $1000 credit for that solar panels . Please stay away from that company SUN

    I was a SunGo customer, and they helped and guided me perfectly through the process of switching to renewable energy in my home. The delivery time was very fast, and they were always attentive throughout the installation process. They were honest and very kind, and they also made several recommendations for achieving considerable energy savings in my home with the various services they offer. Highly recommended - 5 stars!
