  As I am currently waiting on hold to be able to speak with a Manager, because the Customer Rep's English is broken at best and he doesn't listen to what I am asking, to explain to me why I'm not receiving what I was promised. I've been put on another hold for over five minutes just to be told that I will get a callback. We did not get the tax credit we were promised, we have NOT been getting the checks that we were promised and even though our electric bill is less than it was a year ago. While paying for the panels and a bill it is almost double what we were paying last year. Not a happy cust

  Stay away from these people. They are scammers. They lie and they steal. I was the first person in my development to get panels from them and my neighbors did the same after because I said the process was easy and smooth. This was in 2024. Now in May 2026, these people have lied and pissed off so many people in my neighborhood. Some didnt get the energy they thought they would others like me are still waiting for their monthly solar credit. I haven't received mine for 3 months now. There are defintely better alternatives out there, so I wouldn't bother with this loser of a company.

  I had solar installed by blue raven Aug 2024, every month I have had a bill. The last 3 months over $200 each month. When the sales person was talking to me they said within the first 2 years the company would do an analysis and if they under estimated how many panels were needed they would install 2 additional panels at no charge due to their error. That made me comfortable that they would stand by their work. It has been a nightmare and the company does not communicate well. I have called and emailed and put in tickets and have gotten nowhere. Biggest home regret. Do not use this company.

  The experience was nice the only reason I rate it a 3 out 5 is because having third party companies is hard to get someone to come back to the site and fix what they’ve messed up. I have a hole in my guest bathroom ceiling and I'm still waiting for the roofing company to come back out to fix the issue. I have been in contact with the representative that was over the construction of my roof but getting a guaranteed appointment is difficult. Please send someone back to my home and get the issue fixed.

  Very good service from the start till the installation. It went smoothly. Really happy with the look of the panels as well.

  Very happy with Blue Raven’s panels. My electricity bills are virtually nonexistent.
