    Literally showed up at my back/side door this evening. And after reading about them, there is literally no way we will ever do business with them.

    This a terrible company, You Do-Not want to be a customer, avoid them at all cost. Choose anybody else.

    I have worked with SunRun to put a system on my rental property. The house needed a main panel replaced, but they swapped the wrong one and connected the system to the wrong unit. After months of waiting for the problem to be corrected, they stopped replying to my messages. The system remains unpowered on my roof.

    Was hesitant to get solar for many years, but after talking with Mason and Raymond, finally decided to move forward to help combat rising Eversource bills. Did take a couple of months to get all the needed approvals, but once approved Sunrun moved quickly to get the panels and equipment installed. Our system has been up and running for a couple of months. Our first Eversource bill after having solar for a full month was in the negative! Our system has a battery and seemlessly switched to the battery during a recent power outage. Mason and Raymond laid out all information upfront; there have be
