Terrible quoting process. When a prospective customer reaches out to you and you’re condescending it just tells me I dodged a bullet. Also abruptly hanging up on them because they don’t want a product from certain companies for whatever reason is sure to make me tell friends and family to avoid your company.

Got a call from "michael" unsolicited and a national no call list violation. Then he spit up the abject lie about texas just passing laws for 50% discount on electricity bill. The legislature isnt even in session for another 5 months. When I called out and asked him to drop the sales lies and tell me why he was calling he cursed me out and hung up. Never do any business with these people, they push lies and scams to try and cheat you.

Employees need clarification on the fact that going door to door telling people about their product IS soliciting. Despite a “No Soliciting” sign and a sign over our Ring doorbell button that says “Do not knock or ring bell” their employees consistently disturb us. Our little town has a solicitation ordinance that requires solicitors to go through a process to be allowed to go door to door. Once the process is complete, solicitor receives a certain vest that shows they’ve been given permission to go door to door. Should people not have said vest, police (non-emergency number) can be called. I

I have had a great experience with sunrun. I had an issue with my roof and Miguel had the company take care of it with no cost. I have had it for about 6 months and I am enjoying it very much. The power went off in my neighborhood and I didn't, it was nice still having power. If you are thinking about switching I highly recommend Miguel. He has been great and still checks up on us.

I wasn't looking to have solar panels installed on my roof. Miguel stopped by one afternoon and we talked about solar panel and battery backup. The battery backup got me interested. The next thing Bri came my and explained the services and how to apply. So my wife and I agreed to have Sunrun install their equipment. It was done in just over half a day, they did a good job. When we had a rain storm there was a small leak. They had it repaired in a few days. Miguel and Bri have been very supportive during the process.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jeremy and his team. From the very beginning, Jeremy kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. What really impressed me was the dedication of the install crew. We had rain move through during the installation, but as soon as the weather cleared, they were right back on the roof and working hard to stay on schedule. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were outstanding. Jeremy stayed involved throughout the process, making sure everything was handled correctly and

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
