    Installation was completed on 31 December. I was told by the crew that I would be contacted by the city to schedule an inspection. Then I was told by V3 that a "virtual" inspection was completed on the day of installation. At least four persons visited to "commission" the system, none of which appeared to know what they were doing. One was sitting on my external AC unit with his feet on the wall (see photo)! System was operational during the week of 15 January and is exporting power--but I have not been contacted about a buyback plan, so a month's worth of power has been provided to somebody f

    Came to our house stating that he was with TNMP when called out he stated he was with the city. Didnt have solicitation permit. Ignored a no solicitation sign. His name is Colton Eckler. Told my wife he needed to call his boss cause he didnt want to get into trouble. Really bad business practices. This is coming from a household that one works the energy side in regulatory and I am an electrician of 20 years

    V3 was great all the way though installation after that they have been the worst company I have ever worked with. They never provided any direction during or after installation what would be required to actually take advantage of the solar production. After 2 months of getting the same electric bill, I reached out to them for help. For 4 months they ignored me, so I had to reach out to the actual guy that installed it for help. Turns out I needed to contact my current provider to initiate the buyback program. That should have been communicated throughout the sales and install process. They hav

    Really good experience with Hudson. He was polite, professional, and explained the VPP program without making it feel like a sales pitch. You can tell he actually wants to help people out.
