    Peggy in the office is wonderful. She was always friendly, and is the reason my review is 2 stars and not 1. Suntrek came to my house on multiple occasions to address leaks in the solar on the roof as well as a faulty actuator valve. When they arrived the first time, they fixed the roof leaks and told me the actuator valve looked fine. I asked why it still allowed water to circulate to the roof even when the box was off and the valve was in the closed position, so the tech worked on it and told me it was fixed. A week and a half later, there were more roof leaks, and once again, the actuator v

    They messed up my Hayward Omnilogic pool features config then threatened to put a lien on my house when I said I would not pay until fixed. Their techs came three times so far and can not get it right.

    I was so disappointed with this company. After you sign the contract, they don’t care about you. My sales person was super nice and helpful and responded to all of my texts until I signed the contract and then he totally ghosted me. I didn’t hear from anyone to schedule my install for about 10 days and when I finally did, it was a month out. That wasn’t a problem until the day came to install and they didn’t have the equipment needed to complete the job. Not only that but my quote was different from what my sales person told me and they didn’t honor it cause I signed the contract. Yes, I reali

    John was wonderful. Helped me to troubleshoot and solve my solar heating issue. Walked me through everything on FaceTime for what the issue might be and gave solid recommendations for me to consider going forward. Very grateful to him.
