    There is one customer service representative that is truly there for the customer. However, after dealing with Syncarpha over the past month to fix an obvious billing issue, I now understand why people do not trust solar farm companies. You, as the consumer, need to continue to advocate for yourself and what is right. If there is a billing issue, do not pay a cent until it is resolved appropriately. Fifteen months after signing up for a solar farm we received our first bill - for over 3 times our monthly usage. At first we thought this was a scam, Syncarpha was not the company with whom we sig

    i have tried since months already to cancel my account and as per my conversations with two of their representatives already as per my last conversation my account was cancelled on May 4th I still got another bill when I was clear I did not wanted to continue with this company, is frustrating, I DO NOT RECOMEND YOU SIGNING UP FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RECEIVE 2 BILLS ONE FROM CURRENT UTILITY BILL AND ONE FROM THEM, OHH WAIT AND IF YOU WANT TO CANCELL WELL I HAVE QUITE FEW MONTHS ALREADY DEALING WITH THIS. Update as per my last Convo with one of their representatives they had no idea

    Glad to be part of a solar array since my house is not on a solar possible site. I have to assume that I’m also saving money, however the system is so confusing that even when I called to have it explained it didn’t make any sense. I only know that sometimes my bills are paid ftom my checking account And sometimes directly to my electric company. Makes absolutely no sense at all. However I trust the solar company that connected me to the Syncarpa. 🌿🌿🌿

    I had an issue with missing credits on my electric bill. I e-mailed Syncarpha and Jovita responded immediately and put a lot of effort into rectifying the problem promptly, which problem was not caused by Syncarpha. Excellent employees.

    Jen Hatala is a Customer Development Specialist for Syncarpha. She was great. She was kind, thoughtful, helpful, sympathetic and she followed through with everything. She has provided one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with customer service. Thank you again Jen.
