Its one and two star share is 24 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 175 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2024

We had this company coordinate the installation of our solar panels. Good price but terrible service. Installation took months, they never gave us access to the system for maintenance, and will not respond to calls. Beware of Jesse - he promises the world and delivers nearly nothing.

  • 5★ · around August 2021 · the company replied

Jesse is a great guy who helps you through the whole process. He walks you through every page of information and the contract. He answers all your questions and is a great guy. Helped me not only with my solar but also get all new windows in my home all in the same loan.

  • 5★ · around August 2021 · the company replied

I had solar installed at my home earlier this year. After meeting with several other solar companies I found Jesse. He provided many answers, including answers to questions that had not thought to ask! Once I decided to move forward work was completed in a timely and professional fashion. If you are considering going solar I highly recommend Jesse. You will be as happy as I am with the project

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • solar installation 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“- 25 Years a true bumper to bumper warranty on all parts of the system industry…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
