  Called this place multiple times (like more than 8) over several weeks. No one will return my calls, I leave several voice message. Sent emails and no one will reply to them. I was wanting to get solar panel install on roof. Maybe I'm dodging a headache by them not reaching back out to me. I can't even say customer service is bad because I can't any response from this guys. I was referred to TayCo Electric by another company and they spoke high of this place. If they dont want my money im sure there's other company that will be glad to accept it for exchange of good quality work.

  Less than a month after moving into our Bonterra home in Millbridge, frequent power outages only affecting our house would occur. As it turned out, Tayco Electric did not properly wire our house into the power grid. An electrician from Duke Energy stated we were lucky our house didn't catch on fire as a result of Tayco's errors. Stay away from this company at all costs, and if you've used them in the past, it may serve you well to hire a 3rd party building/electrical inspector Update: Just had an inspector tell us Tayco Electric improperly fixed their mistake. Nicely done, guys.

  Presumably if you’re reading this you’re considering hiring Tayco for an electrical/solar job. Good news - your search is over, hire these guys. Hired Tayco to install solar + battery system in our house. Joe and Whitney were AMAZING in responsiveness, answering questions, general communication… incredibly refreshing for a home improvement contractor. Installation was fast and guys were incredibly professional. Attention to detail is something important to me and the install was done so cleanly and with such precision. Again, a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I’ve had.

  Had a wonderful experience with the purchase and installation of our home Generac generator. The TayCo team was professional and quick to respond. Pricing was extremely competitive. Jack and the team were great!
