It is impossible to get through to any Tesla solar support representative. I have been on hold for over two hours, and they will be closing soon! Do not buy Tesla solar panels!

I wish they had a zero star option this company is horrible and insane my system has not worked now and i have to jump through a bunch of hoops to run there diag process or as they told me pay 300 dollars to have someone come test it. My experience with Tesla started back in March 2025. I had a roofer come out because I was missing a shingle in the front of my house from a wind storm. The roofer told me I had two different colors of shingles on my roof one color in the front of my house another color in the back of my house so a lady named Jewel, whom I started talking to in April. She asked me to send her pictures I sent them. She told me to take two shingles off my roof I did. The one in the front and one in the back so she could identify that it was two different companies. Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
