I requested a payoff for my solar panels. I received a payoff of $7100. Less than a month later I received another in excess of $13k. They said they would accept $7100. I arranged for it to be taken out that day. Tesla now tells me the payment fatalkedof course they blamed it on the bank. My bank has no knowledge of it and assured me there were plenty of funds. I cannot get n answer from Tesla regarding the problem It's not in their guidelines or processes and there is no way to escalate. I'm stuck doing the whole process over. Do not do business with these cheats which goes all the way to toe

My 7 month old solar panel system hasn’t worked for 2 months! More than 20 calls to Tesla gets me the run around. Worse customer service ever! They deserve 0 stars!

I hate that I have to write this review, but I think that people should be aware of what to expect when working with Tesla Solar. The process up front seemed easy, and the pricing was good but not great. The evaluation and installation teams were actually quite good and helpful. The problem, however, is the project management team is quite bad. You never get a single point of contact. No phone numbers to call. Emailed and texted questions seem to go into a queue that never get answered appropriately. It doesn't appear to be the same person who responds. If I'm guessing its a group of 'project

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
