    We have had these panels for several years and we would like to get a hold of them so we can repair some things and make sure they work, but when you call their phone number it rings once and then hangs up on you. Why can’t we talk to a real person. Plus when they installed them originally to our 1 year old roof, they damaged our roof so that it took a 30 year roof to a 10 year roof. They punched a bunch of holes to install them but realized all the holes were in the wrong spot so had to patch and make all new holes. I am not happy with their customer service at all.
