If negative stars were possible, Trinity and their representative Dominick would earn a solid negative five. The individual they sent to my home, Dominick, arrived unshaven, smelling like he hadn’t showered in days, and presented himself in a completely unacceptable manner for someone representing a company. Every question I asked was met with a lie. When I asked whether they were a NYSERDA Platinum installer, he immediately said yes — but when questioned further, he became angry and defensive. His behavior was dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his superviso

Trinity sales person may get you easily, but not their service. Stay away from this firm.

The disaster continues as i make attempts to have troubleshooting done on our four month old solar system. Trinity Solar is hell bent on not sending anyone ( 20 minutes away) to look at the problem. I usde the word "disaster " as it quantifies the experience my family and I endured during the installation and now after the installation in order to obtain service. Although the Solar Edge software is indicating the daily amount of KWH generated each day, what is going into the NET meter is consoderably less each and every day. I conclude there is a standing offset built into the software but not

Salesperson assured no out of pocket costs and yet the town permit still sits unpaid. Also we never got the referral bonus we were promised. All lies.

Dealing with Trinity Solar has been a great experience. My salesman, John Iacono, has been fantastic. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the benefits of solar. He answered every question that I had. You would think that once a sale is done, the salesperson we disappear. That is definitely not the case with John. He has been an active participant all the way up through the installation. In fact, he showed up the day of installation just to make sure that things were going smoothly. To that note, the installation process was flawless. There was a total of seven people who worke

I had an excellent experience working with John Iacono from Trinity Solar. Before speaking with John, I had dealt with three other solar companies and never felt completely comfortable moving forward. From the beginning, John was different. He answered every question I had and took the time to break everything down in simple terms that I could actually understand. His communication, professionalism, patience, and knowledge really stood out. By the end of our conversation, I felt so comfortable and confident in what he was explaining that moving forward became an easy decision. I never felt lik

- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
