  Solar plus battery backup broken <24 hours after install on 11/10. Email response- We'll see you in 15 days... Buyers remorse already setting in. 1/6 finally fixed, it was a 5 minute issue to repair but took over 2 months to a tech get here to address. No effort from venture to get a tech onsite to this point. The town/fire inspectors are irritated having been here 3 times with the project not ready to move forward. Somehow venture communicates worse with the town than they do with the me. Tristan needs to be let go from account management.

  Do not return my calls at all- unprofessional. 9/ 12/25 Writing again on this company, I went with them for a battery back up after much consideration, Laureena the sales women Had led me into trusting them, I don’t know why but she did. Six times and still not done correct. Venture Solar submitted the application to National grid ( six times) incorrectly over Months of me signing the contract. I got many excuses I am sorry, I’m forwarding this to the COO and etc . I did get a call for the first time on the 6th wrongly submitted Application from Adam in Michigan to call or text back regarding

  Installation went super fast. Having it officially up and running is another story. Been in my roof for about 4 months and still not able to benefit from electric. Say they are waiting for national grid to inspect it. What is the hold up. Update. Solar been on roof for a year and now have to teplacr roof. They do not return calls to schedule removal of roof can be replaced. Roof guy said roof was in bad shape and should never have put solar on it. No sealants around where panels are attached to roof. Stay away from Venture.

  Kai was great at explaining Solar to my family without feeling like pressuring us to buy. They answered and cleared up any questions. They made us feel like we understood what we were getting in terms of the solar panels.

  From the start to finish Venture Solar has made going solar very easy. The process was involved but they handle everything behind the scenes and gave us fair notice as to the many site visits. The sales person, project managers and customer service people were all pleasant and accommodating. As a person who knows works in the electrical and facilities management fields I was watching for lazy and lacking workmanship, people who were rushing just to finish the job, and bossy' know it all's' that wouldn't consider a homeowners concern for their property.
