Its one and two star share is 10 points above the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 49 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

IF IT WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS! We gave Matt $732.00 for an emphase gateway in January 2025. He has not provided it! We requested a refund, since he already cashed the check, and have attempted to contact him several times. Each time has promise to send check. We finally asked him to VENMO the $$$. He has since blocked all of our contact information and HAS NOT REFUNDED OUR $$$ as of 4/28/25. We had to purchase one ourselves on line and JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had our entire home solar system replaced in Thornton, CO, and the Technician Mathew Tuecher did an outstanding job! He not only replaced the full system but also fixed the solar communication issue. We can now easily see all our data in the app again. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing solar repair or installation. Excellent and professional work!

The Solar Experts! Matthew and his Team did a complete detach & reattach of our home solar system for a new roof installation. The solar system was not operational before Vertical Ascent Energy & Electric reattached the solar system and were able to fix a long-standing issue left from the prior owners. Matthew is an expert with solar systems and a true Professional!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Frederick is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
