    Took a little nudging to finally get them down here to fix a panel, ended up being a micro inverter just needed a reset. Then it had to be fixed again, and Vetrix went out of business.

    The install went well, except the 9 months from signing to completion to the upfront money so they could buy my system and also I’ve asked multiple times to get info on how to operate the components. Zip, zero, none, that’s right no help after I payed the competed payment, customer no service from the small town customer trying to support the small town business. I gave them one star because they were pleasant to talk to. All in all I should be more cautious who I do business with.

    I was skeptical about Vetrix due to the lack of reviews. I took a chance because a friend went solar with them and had a good experience. I am so happy I did. The installers were professional and answered any questions I had. I will recommend Vetrix to my family and friends.
