  Edited again in 2026. I have been monitoring the system and noticed 4 of my 22 panels are putting out 0w. After already having 3 inverters for 6 panels replace previously I think I need another 2 inverters checked and replaced. But every number I had for byld either is disconnected or goes to voicemail saying they will get back to me. I have called several times over the last 6 months and have never gotten a response back. I am disappointed in the long term customer support from this company. I am now trying to figure out repairs without relying on byld. Byld did a great job doing the install

  Solar panel install was awesome! Every issue I’ve had was addressed in a timely manner. Until last year, when I noticed some slight water damage on my ceiling. Originally thought it was a roof problem reached out to my insurance agency. They had someone come out to assess the damage. It was brought to my attention that when installing the solar panels they damaged some of the shingles and that resulted in our water damage. Tried reaching out to the supposed “owner” Cody and he said he was going to have someone come out. Months later every attempt to contact him was unsuccessful. I just want an

  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They told me that my power bills would substantially lessen before I signed up for these. My bills have stayed the same PLUS I am paying for these panels that do NOTHING. I left a review a few months ago, that now I can’t seem to find, they called me, and tried to act like I don’t understand how HVAC works and that “of course bills will be higher in the summer” yeah, obviously. But my power bills shouldn’t be $300/month when I have solar panels that they said would save me about 70% per month. They refuse to tell me the cancellation policy when I ask, I’ve asked mu

  I have to tell you if you truly want a professional roof job make sure you reach out to this company Dale, who is the project supervisor went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Well it was the best cleanup job of work I have ever seen they truly showcase their professionalism And their detail to work. Their work ethic was far above. Anybody else I have ever seen if you truly want a job that goes above and beyond and they really take care of the customer. Please make sure that you reach out to them today.
