  UPDATE: 7/26/25 I don't want to enter a back and forth. Here are the facts, I keep records of everything so it was easy to pull up: -Average check cut to us was $128, not $70. -Their use of "minor" shortcoming is subjective, but 13-18% underproduction is what occurred. -Nothing was proactive about their refund checks, we had to email them multiple times each year. -I didn't leave an immediate review because in most cases, that's not helpful to know how a major project like this stands the test of time - and the installer themself had a year lapse from my review to their response. -Two solution

  Update: Since it has been over a year and the company is just now responding to a review. I will gladly respond and update. I am not for sure why the person who wrote the review response felt the need to use exclamation points ( which seems like you are yelling at me) which is really unprofessional. This was not disclosed up front, it was one of the reasons the inspector did not give the project a passing inspection the first time. Numerous areas? lets discuss I will admit the insulation in the attic was updated, which led to birds getting into my attic. A battle. You also provided an updated

  The service and attention I received from the team at Edge was Excellent. From the initial visit to determine my needs to the insulation of the new unit inside an outside was one of the best professional experiences I have had. At no time did I not have clarity of what to expect and they walked me thru how to care for my new unit. Even when I had to call after the insulation, they were readily available to assist. I'd recommend them to everyone. Thank you EDGE Energy .... Warm and just the right "Toasty feeling"!....... and Cool when it's too Hot outside, Loving It!

  Exceptional help from Jason, the CEO! We had a complex new-build and needed some expert advise on design and engineering. Jason went above-and-beyond to explore various options with competing requirements and provide extensive technical information and real-world experience with different solar options. Can't say enough about Edge Energy's customer service and quality!

  Edge is a wonderful company to work with. They worked with my schedule, kept me updated, were on time, friendly, hardworking, and the cleanup was superb. I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
